Delivery Information
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Once dispatched, standard delivery within the United States normally takes 3–7 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak trading periods.
If your order has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Return requests must be made within 28 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, in resellable condition and returned in their original packaging. Return postage is arranged and paid by the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We refund the value of the returned goods, but not the original shipping charge.
Warranty Claims
Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the item. Customers initially pay the return postage, which will be reimbursed when the claim is approved.
We aim to respond within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. An approved claim may result in a refund, store credit or a replacement, subject to availability.
